Office Quick Tools operates on a strict client-side architecture. When you use any tool on this site, your files, documents, and data are processed exclusively within your web browser using JavaScript. No file content is ever transmitted to our servers, stored in any database, or logged in any form. We have no technical capability to access your file contents because they never reach us.
What We Collect
From Tool Usage: Nothing
Files, documents, images, text, and any data you process with our tools never leave your browser. No upload occurs. No processing server is involved. Your files exist only in your browser's memory during the session and are cleared when you close the tab.
From General Site Usage
We do not currently run any analytics or tracking scripts. We may add privacy-respecting analytics in the future, in which case this policy will be updated.
Cookies
We do not set any first-party or third-party cookies for functional or tracking purposes.
Data Retention
Because we collect no user data, there is nothing for us to retain or delete. Your files and inputs are held only in your browser's memory and are automatically cleared when you close or navigate away from the page.
Your Rights (GDPR / CCPA)
As we do not collect personal data through tool usage, standard data subject rights (access, erasure, portability) do not apply to file processing data — because we never have it.
California residents: We do not sell personal information as defined under the CCPA.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS with strict security headers including Content-Security-Policy, X-Frame-Options, and X-Content-Type-Options. Because no user data is transmitted, there is no database to protect.
